Hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching and EMDR are powerful, focused therapies and can be particularly effective in helping you give up a bad habit or when wanting to give up a behaviour such as smoking, eating chocolate or drinking alcohol.
These therapies are also used for releasing fears and phobias such as fear of flying, agoraphobia, some stresses and a variety of fears. The integrated sessions used to address these issues are powerful and effective.  Expect to leave the clinic with your bad habit broken and without the fear or phobia that you had on arrival.

These sessions address the many facets of addictions, habits, fears and phobias. I recognise that you were not born with this problem, but that you learnt how to do it. Therefore you can ‘unlearn’ it and by using a variety of techniques, re-programme your mind allowing for a more appropriate behaviour. I understand the value in getting right to the ‘heart of the matter’ and speak your language to get right to the point. No two sessions are the same, as each is tailored for the individual where I use a variety of rapid change techniques including neuro-linguistic programming and hypnotherapy in combination with EMDR to enable you to move forward in life without the issue.

Included in the therapeutic work of the session, I will teach you skills to use in your daily life to enable you to remain in control, feeling confident and free forever.  Experience has shown that a combination of clinic work and home tools work most effectively for progress to be long lasting.
