Kinesiology (Kin-easy-ology) is a system of natural healthcare that addresses the person as a whole. It\u2019s a method of investigation and balance using muscle tests as communication between a person’s body and practitioner. The Kinesiology Association offer information\u00a0here<\/a>
\nRebecca uses gentle non-invasive muscle testing to discover imbalances and depending on the responses obtained, a variety of approaches may be used to address the system’s problems.<\/p>\n

Systematic Kinesiology is truly holistic in its approach which is important, as it ensures that the whole body system, structural, energetical, nutritional and emotional is addressed and not just the symptoms.\u00a0 This allows the session to be individual.\u00a0 As kinesiology addresses the body as a whole, most conditions can be substantially helped and relief obtained.\u00a0 \u201cI can use kinesiology to help the youngest of babies, children and adults all very safely”<\/strong>\u2028.<\/p>\n

Digestive disorders<\/strong> – IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth), thrush, Candida, constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, stomach pains, acid reflux, indigestion, heartburn, wind, belching, flatulence, Chrons and other inflammatory bowel diseases, food allergies\/intolerances.<\/p>\n
