\n1st Appointment – 60 minutes<\/strong> – includes consultation, examination and appropriate therapy – \u00a385.
\nSubsequent Appointments – 45 minutes<\/strong> – \u00a370 per session.<\/p>\n

REBECCA SMITH<\/strong><\/span> – (Kinesiology<\/a>, Hypnotherapy<\/a>, NLP<\/a>, Life Coaching<\/a>, Counselling, Relationship and Couples Coaching<\/a>, EMDR)<\/strong>
\nIn clinic and\/or virtual sessions offered.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation which allows you to discuss your issues and symptoms. Here I can advise you on the best way forward, addressing your individual needs in order to devise a programme that is right for you. I can give an idea into the amount of sessions that may be required and the costs involved. From this consultation if you are happy to proceed, appointments can be made for you to attend at the clinic, or online, and start your programme”.<\/p>\n

“Ongoing support is offered and encouraged between sessions, usually via message or e-mail.
\nI will often send informative material and teach you tools and techniques to use away from the sessions. This will allow you to feel in control and helps to ensure that progress and momentum continues between your sessions”.<\/p>\n

KINESIOLOGY<\/strong>
\nAll Appointments – Between 60 – 90 minutes<\/strong> – includes pre-consultation assessment questionnaires, consultation involving investigative muscle testing and support for imbalances (appointment #2 onwards) and a suggested plan of action to follow between appointments and ongoing support –
\nFirst Appointment<\/strong> – \u00a3105.
\nSubsequent Appointments<\/strong> – \u00a399 per session.<\/p>\n

HYPNOTHERAPY – NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING (NLP) – LIFE COACHING – COUNSELLING – EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITISATION REPROCESSING (EMDR)<\/strong>
\nAll Appointments – Between 60-90 minutes<\/strong> – \u00a3105 per session.<\/p>\n

“The initial appointment includes detailed taking of the case history, involving an assessment of the key areas of your life. This allows me to identify the areas that need addressing. On further discussion, the necessary actions required to achieve your goals are considered and strategies discussed to enable you to create the change in the areas of your life that are the problem. Often, between 6 and 9 sessions are recommended and a combination of therapies can be utilised over the course of the sessions, depending on each individual. After the initial session, each subsequent appointment will begin with a review of progress and we will then proceed with the agreed therapy for that appointment”.<\/p>\n
